Fernando Sáenz Pedrosa was born in Palencia in 1947. From a young age his talent became apparent as an artist , at age 18 he enrolled at the prestigious School of Architecture of Madrid. Between 1965 and 1970 his studies as a draftsman and painter became more prolific . From his architectural studies he was able to mature his skill in drawing and combine it with the painting. After five years of studies , he decided to devote his life entirely to painting. The trout rivers in northern Palencia province , its currents, its backwaters , its fertile vegas, are beautifully reflected in the pictures of Sáenz Pedrosa , a painter able to reflect in his works the beauty of nature down to its last details

personal opinion : I think these paintings are beautiful and very realistic , the painter really makes you stay fascinated with wonderful paintings .
